The main theme of Information Security, Personal Data Management Systems and Quality Management System;

In this direction, the purpose of our ISMS, KVYS and QMS Policy;

• To protect Güven Future Health Technologies information assets against all kinds of threats that may occur from inside and / or outside, knowingly or unknowingly, to ensure accessibility to information as required by business processes, to meet the requirements of legal legislation, to work towards continuous improvement,

• To ensure the continuity of the three basic elements of the effective Information Security Management System (ISMS) in all activities carried out:

 

Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorised access to important information,

Integrity: Demonstrating that the accuracy and integrity of the information is ensured,

Accessibility: Demonstrating that authorised persons can access information when necessary,

 

• To deal with the security of not only the data kept electronically but also all data in written, printed, verbal and similar media.

• To ensure awareness raising by providing Information Security Management training to all personnel,

• To report to the ISMS Team any actual or suspected gaps in Information Security and to ensure that the team investigates them,

• Prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans,

• To identify existing risks by making periodic assessments on Information Security; to review and follow up action plans as a result of the assessments,

• To prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts.

• Meeting business requirements for information accessibility and information systems,

• To produce competitive products that do not compromise on quality with innovative thinking and R&D studies by following the innovations in the IT sector,

• To provide the market with high-quality, affordable products with high-quality elements that will provide the highest level of customer satisfaction,

• To ensure that the products we put on the market fully comply with all national and international requirements,

• To work in accordance with national and international requirements,

• To ensure the effective implementation of the quality system at all stages of R&D and production and to carry out the necessary training activities to raise the quality awareness of all employees in our organisation,

• To provide the necessary resources for the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our risk-based quality system,

• Ensure the security of personally identifiable information (GDPR - PII),

• To work in compliance with KVKK and GDPR legislation,

• To show a high level of sensitivity to personal data privacy
